You can return any applicable item to us within 7 days of receiving your order (just make sure your items are in the original condition and label/tags still attached). Please repack your items in the original packaging and ensure it is secured.
- Please fill up this form to return your items (QuickReturn).
- Repack and attached the original air waybill to the returned parcel. If the original air waybill has been damaged, you may reprint a new one.
- Drop off the returned parcel at the selected Pgeon Points.
- You will be receiving an SMS notification upon parcel arrival.
- We will check the parcel/item condition if it is eligible for a refund.
- We will send a refund in the form of store credit. The amount returned is the value for the cost of the goods (minus any discount, points or coupons) and less a 10% re-stocking fee.
