What happen if I couldn't or didn't collect my order during delivery and the parcel is returned to you?

Kindly ensure that the address given is valid and that there will be someone to receive the parcel up at the time of delivery.


In case of a returned item due to unsuccessful delivery, please note that we will be attempting another delivery only after the second postage fee is paid.


Undelivered and unclaimed items will only be kept for a month at our store. After 30 calendar days have passed, we will refund the order in form of store credit (minus postage fee and 10% re-stocking fee).


Kindly note that all refunds will be in Store Credit ONLY.
