What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are not thrilled with your purchase you are welcome to return your item to us and we will send a refund for the cost of the item less a 10% re-stocking fee upon its return. We ask that this is done within 7 days of receiving your order.


The restocking fee is necessary to cover the cost of the return: processing your order, shipping your order, receiving and processing your return, adding return to inventory.


Kindly note that all refunds will be in store credit.


Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in their original packaging with label still attached can be returned.


Items applicable for returns are;


  • ready stock fabric
  • ribbon
  • pre-cut
  • kit
  • thread
  • sewing notions
  • ready-made


Items NOT APPLICABLE for refund are;


  • cut-to-order
  • made to order
  • custom order
  • pre-order
  • group buy
  • PDF pattern
  • Workshop / Class / Video access


All sales on digital products and workshop tickets are final.


For returns, customers are advised to notify us first at help@shambijoux.com by quoting the order number and product details.


We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
