Why did my credit card payment is failed?

Our customers experience this issue for a variety of reasons. Common issues for our customers are:

  • Verify your name, billing address, and billing zip code match those on file with your credit card provider.
  • Please contact your credit card issuing bank to check whether the card can be used for online purchases.
  • Your card does not support 3D-secure (3DS) feature. Please contact your credit card issuing bank to enroll for 3DS.
  • Credit cards are charged in MYR Malaysian Ringgit. To pay with a different currency, please use PayPal.
  • Credit cards are charged at the time of checkout. If funds are not available at that time, your credit card may not be authorized and your order may be canceled.
